"The Oysterman's Smoked Oysters"

English cucumber

Goat cheese or other cream cheese

finely chopped chives

We in Canada are very fortunate. We can now purchase very high quality. Canadian made smoked oysters, processed with out additives or oil. this gourmet product will tantalize our tastebuds. After tasting just one, you will never want to settle for less.

Instructions

Slice English cucumber into rounds.

Spread Goat cheese or other cream cheese on one side of each cucumber round.

Place a small piece of smoked oyster on top of each cheese covered round.

Finish with finely chopped chives on top.
