Oysters are much more than the cute little “cookie cutter” style of oyster offered in many oyster bars. If an “OYSTER REVOLUTION” is ever to be achieved and oyster bars, and oyster farmers are to stay in business into the challenging future.....“OYSTER LOVERS” of the world definitely need to eat oysters, .....RAW, STEWED, BB’d, ROASTED, TOASTED, SMOKED, PICKLED and or enjoyed as a Ceviche preparation.
And really, that many oyster lovers do not know how to shuck or prepare their own oysters........ ? is testament to a society that is lazy, timid, not very adventurous, ........
